We deliver to all provinces in South Africa. All orders are imported per order, it takes 2–4 weeks to deliver the orders to your address. Please ensure that you enter the correct information on the address form before placing your order, as this may affect the delivery of your order. These are the steps that will be followed until your order is delivered to your address (Kindly note that these durations vary with every order, however we forecast to deliver within 2–4 weeks), you can also track your order on this link. You will receive recurring emails at each order stage, this is just another way to keep you updated.
Processing --> Processed --> Pending International Courier --> International Courier --> Received at local warehouse --> Local Dispatch --> Completed
- Processing – This is the first step that takes place when your order has been placed and received by our operations team.
- Processed – This means your order has been captured and getting packaged to be sent to our international courier warehouse.
- Pending International Courier – This step is when the order has been weighed and ready for courier.
- International Courier – The courier company will then ship your order to our local South African warehouse.
- Received at local warehouse – Your order will be marked as “received in our local warehouse” which means it will be awaiting local dispatch to your physical address.
- Local Dispatch – Your order will be locally dispatched to your address and delivered within 2-3 working days.
- Completed – Your order will be closed out when you have received the package. Thank you for your purchase, kindly rate the product on our website as this helps us in delivering products you love.
- Inbound Processing – This means your order is being updated by our team, this step can happen at any order stages above.
Returns & Refunds
All items bought from our site can be exchanged or returned. If you would like to exchange the product due to size issues, kindly communicate with us and the arrangement will be made. If you’re not satisfied with the product, you have a right to exchange it within 31 days from receiving it, the product must be in a state of which it was received in. All arrangements for returns/exchange will be cost to the customer, they must be sent to a South African address which will be shared upon initiating such a request.
All returned items will be fully refunded to the same account used at checkout. The refund will take 3 – 10 working days to reflect due to security checks from our payment gateway. You can check the exact refund date on our website by tracking our order. (Example: If your refund is forecasted for the 10th of January 2021, this means that the amount will reflect in your account by or before the 10th of January 2021 at midnight). Below are the steps of refunding, kindly note that the timeframe can vary within the refund stages however your refund will reflect in your account by or before the stated timeframe.
Refund Process Initiated --> Refund Processing --> Refunded/Order Completed
- Refund Process Initiated – This is the first step that takes place when your your order refund is captured on the system by our support team.
- Refund Processing – This step is when the refund stage moves to the operations team is captured on our system.
- Refunded/Completed – This step is when the refund has been finalized through the payment gateway and will reflect in your account within 48hrs.
